Programmes

Our programmes offer a range of activity that unlocks the potential of venues and the talent within the communities around them. The activity is designed to develop new skills, open up new opportunities to for people to engage with one another, for people to find a career in arts and culture, as well as enjoying it as audience members. We believe that this collective activity will foster and grow local community spirit that can be replicated on a national scale.

We currently deliver activity for various, under-served communities across the following strands and recognise the intersectionality of these areas:
The events delivered within these strands are currently a mixture of our own initiatives, as well as amplifying those from our partner organisations with whom we collaborate. These partners are industry leaders in their sector.

EARLY YEARS

Events for parents and toddlers.

YOUNG PEOPLE

Events, programmes and activity to engage, inspire and educate young people (age 14+).

DEAF PEOPLE, DISABLED AND NEURODIVERGENT

Campaigns, events and activity specifically for people who are deaf, disabled, neurodivergent
and/or with
a long term impairment, mental health or medical condition impacting daily life.

MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING

Events, groups and activities to promote good mental health and wellbeing for people working
in the music industry and/or those who may be suffering with mental health conditions.

LGBTQIA+

Events and activities in partnership with organisations specifically to uplift the Queer Community,
and those of often-marginalised genders.

GROW

Supporting venues to turn their outside spaces over to planting, growing and wildlife to create more greenspace and give local communities the opportunity to come and nurture the plants, learn about wildlife and make local connections with like-minded people.
